Puran Poli is traditional Maharashtrian delicacy made during festivals. Puran Poli is sweet flatbread made of stuffing of chana dal, jaggery, sugar and other spices. Stuffing in marathi is called Puran and poli is flatbread.
Puran poli is served with tup or ghee(clarified butter).
