Payment and Shipping Policies

Payments and processing time:

All payments must be made before the order will be processed. All orders will have a 2-3 business day processing and handling time.

 

Ganesh Chaturthi Season

During Ganesh season (1.5 months prior to Ganesh Chaturthi), payments will not be processed until we verify that the items you have ordered are available. Once we have verified our stock, we will process your payment. In the case that the item(s) you have ordered are no longer available, we will contact you to find out if you would like to substitute another item in the same price range, or if you would like to cancel and replace your order at no charge (not subject to 5% restocking fee below).

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

If you wish to cancel an order after payment has been processed, there will be a 5% restocking fee. Orders, once shipped, cannot be refunded, except in the case of damaged goods. If you receive damaged goods, please send us an email at contact@sumafoods.com with your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged item(s). Without photos of the damaged item, we will not process any refunds or exchanges.

 

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be made only for damaged goods. All sales are final, and items cannot be changed at the time of pickup. Any damages of items in pick-up orders after leaving Suma Foods are not the responsibility of Suma Foods, and the items will not be exchanged.
