Bobbatlu

Bobbatlu is traditional Telugu delicacy made during festivals. Puran Poli is sweet flatbread made of stuffing of chana dal, jaggery, sugar and other spices. 

Bobbatlu is served topped with ghee (clarified butter). 

Ingredients: Flour, Chana dal, Jaggery (Gud), Sugar, Ghee, Cardamom
