Karapoosa

Karapoosa is small pieces of crunchy noodles made from chickpea flour paste, seasoned with turmeric, cayenne, and ajwain. 

Shev is also used as topping on Pohe or Upma for breakfast. Shev is also used in bhel. It is a crunchy, spicy, and yummy snack item.
