
Shev or Sev is small pieces of crunchy noodles made from chickpea flour paste, seasoned with turmeric, cayenne, and ajwain. Shev/Sev is made as part of Diwali faral.
Shev is used as topping on Pohe or Upma for breakfast. Shev is also used in bhel. It is crunchy ,spicy and yummy snack item.
